This policy applies to information collected through our website, towtowapp.com, and the Tow-Tow app CONFIRM APP COVERAGE. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than our website and app.

To send roadside help to the right place, we collect your current location when you request service. CONFIRM: in-use only, or background too
You can turn off location access in your device settings, but we may not be able to complete a service request without it.
We will tell you why we need personal information at the time we ask for it. If you contact us directly, we may receive more information about you depending on what you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers keep standard log files. These may record your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, the date and time of your visit, the pages you came from and left to, and the number of clicks.

Our website and services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe your child has given us personal information, contact us right away. We will make every reasonable effort to remove it from our records promptly.
